To create a shortcut to an object

  1. In the InfoView toolbar, Document List.
  2. Navigate to the object you want to create a shortcut to and select it.
  3. Click Organize and select Copy Shortcut.
  4. Navigate to the folder in which you want to create the shortcut.
  5. Click Organize and select Paste Shortcut.
