To search within the content of objects

  1. On the InfoView toolbar, click Document List.
  2. On the InfoView Workspace toolbar, type the word(s) that you want to locate in the Search field. See Search techniques for more information about how to input your search terms.
  3. Click the list beside the search field and choose Search Content
  4. Click Execute search.
    A list of objects that match your search parameters appears.
  5. Double-click on a document link to view its content.
    If you double-click on a Web Intelligence or Crystal report, the viewer will scroll to the place in the report where the first match of the search word occurs.

    Note: This feature only works for HTML viewer, and not for Java and ActiveX viewer.
